I’m a clinical social worker with years of national and international experience, and I work with children, adolescents, women, and adults using an integrative, holistic approach to therapy. My practice draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and meditation, trauma-focused approaches, sleep psychology, play therapy, radical exposure therapy, and nutritional psychology.
I believe that you are more than a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. Our mental health is shaped by the many parts of our lives—our relationships, family, culture, experiences, environment, movement, routines, and the transitions we go through. For that reason, I take a whole-person approach to understanding what may be getting in the way of feeling well.
I also believe in the powerful connection between the mind and body. Together, we may explore how sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, lifestyle, relationships, and connection are affecting your emotional well-being. My goal is not to tell you how to live, but to help you understand what your mind and body may be communicating and identify changes that feel realistic and meaningful for you.

People reach out for therapy because they want—or need—something to change.
Maybe you want to worry less, feel happier or more fulfilled in your relationships, increase your motivation, quiet harsh self-criticism, or find support during a stressful transition or loss. Perhaps you recognize that the ways you have been coping with challenges aren't working as well as they once did, and you're ready to explore new ways of responding.
Sometimes you may simply feel stuck. You know you want something different, but you aren't sure how to get there.
That is where therapy can help.
I am solution-focused and goal-oriented, while recognizing that meaningful change is not always linear. We will work together to understand where you are, identify where you want to go, and develop practical tools and strategies to help you move forward.
My role is not to judge, fix, or tell you what you should do. It is to provide a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, develop new skills, work through difficult experiences, and make changes that align with the life you want to create.
Come sit by the lake with me and enjoy a conversation in person again. ☕
Clinical supervision is available for pre-licensed social workers and clinicians seeking to deepen their clinical practice, strengthen diagnostic skills, and develop greater meaning and intentionality in their work with clients.
Supervision offers a thoughtful, supportive space to explore:
Clinical assessment and diagnostic formulation
Complex client presentations and treatment planning
Ethical and professional decision-making
Therapeutic relationships and clinical boundaries
Understanding patterns, behaviors, and underlying dynamics
Developing confidence and depth as a clinician
Reflective practice and the meaning behind clinical work
With several years of experience providing clinical supervision and serving in clinical team leadership roles, I bring a collaborative and practical approach to supervision. My goal is to help clinicians not only meet professional requirements, but also develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their clients, and the clinical work they do.
Supervision Rate: $150 per hour
Consultation can be especially helpful when you are facing a difficult or unfamiliar clinical presentation, noticing patterns within a client population, or simply need another experienced perspective.
Case consultation: A focused, one-time conversation about a difficult or complex client presentation.
Clinical formulation: Exploring diagnostic questions, behavioral patterns, treatment approaches, and potential areas that may be getting missed.
Ethical and clinical guidance: Thinking through challenging clinical situations, boundaries, risk, professional judgment, or systems-related concerns.
Program and population consultation: Looking at trends, patterns, outcomes, demographics, graphics, data, or other information to better understand what is happening within a client population or program.
Organizational consultation: Coming into your workplace, school, hospital, agency, office, or other professional environment to observe, assess, and help identify barriers, patterns, or areas for improvement.
Team consultation: Helping teams step back from day-to-day demands and develop a broader understanding of clinical or organizational challenges.
Consultation may be as simple as a one-hour conversation about a difficult case or may involve a more comprehensive review of a program, workplace, clinical population, or system.
Rates vary depending on the scope and nature of the consultation. Consultation can be arranged as a one-time session or as an ongoing professional resource. Reach out for more information.
I’m a big proponent of somatic approaches and the idea that anxiety, trauma, and depression don’t just live in the mind—they can also be held and experienced in the body.
So, rather than sitting across from each other, let’s move while we talk. Come walk the lake with me and see what emerges when we give your body some room to move alongside the conversation.
Walking therapy can offer a different way of processing difficult experiences. Research suggests that combining movement, nature, and therapeutic conversation can support emotional processing, create new perspectives, and sometimes help lighten the load we’ve been carrying.
Let’s see what comes up when we walk together.
Stay tuned for upcoming groups.
Past groups include, Say goodnight to insomnia, CBT-I group; Support group for older adults with mentally ill children; post partum support groups, meditation and mindfulness groups, stress reduction and healthy living.
Sleep problems can affect every part of your life—your mood, concentration, relationships, energy, and overall sense of well-being. And when you've struggled with sleep for years, it can feel difficult to imagine things getting better.
I provide specialized, evidence-based treatment for sleep disorders, including chronic insomnia. My approach is structured, practical, and focused on helping you understand and change the patterns that may be keeping you from getting restorative sleep.
In as few as six sessions, I have successfully helped people with chronic insomnia improve their sleep—including individuals who had struggled with sleep for decades.
If sleep has become a persistent source of frustration or is affecting your quality of life, you don't have to simply learn to live with it. Please reach out to schedule an intake specifically focused on your sleep concerns.
I am currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person therapy in Wakefield, Massachusetts, and telehealth appointments.
If you have questions or would like to learn more about working together, please reach out. The first step is a brief phone consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we feel like a good fit for one another.
If we decide to move forward, you will complete two intake forms and provide a credit card to keep on file for applicable copays and cancellation or no-show fees.
Private-pay rate: $150 per clinical hour (50-minute session)
Sliding scale available.
Same-day cancellation or no-show fee: $75
My goal is to make the process of getting started as straightforward as possible. Reaching out for therapy can be a big first step, and I welcome your questions along the way.
